Documentation Center
The Documentation Center is a key support unit of IBCAS, primarily providing researchers and administrative staff with literature resources, discipline-specific intelligence research and consultation, scientific-journal editing and publishing, and science-communication services.
The Center comprises the Journals Division and the Library. The Journals Division—consisting of the Editorial Office and the Editorial Services Platform—edits and publishes six academic journals and one magazine; among them, the three English-language academic journals are all indexed in SCI, and the three Chinese-language academic journals consistently rank at the top of the national life-sciences field. The Library is responsible for ensuring access to literature (both electronic and print), book and journal loans, interlibrary loans, resource recommendations, and training in information-use skills, among other services.
