Leader of the Research Group, Distinguished Researcher of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), member of State Key Laboratory of Forage Breeding-by-Design and Utilization. Concurrent Deputy Director, Standardization Committee of the Botanical Society of China; Secretary-General, Forage Botany Branch of the Botanical Society of China; Member, Professional Committee on Heavy Metal Pollution Prevention and Control of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences; Member, Plant Remediation Biology Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Plant Biology; Council Member, Beijing Botanical Society; Editorial Board Member, Acta Botanica Sinica. Undertaking key national projects such as the Key Project and General Program of the Joint Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key R&D Program, the Major Special Program for Science and Technology Basic Work, and the Strategic Priority Research Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc. Published 19 papers in Nature Communications and other journals; granted 32 national invention patents and 1 PCT patent, and registered 4 new plant varieties.
