Chinese Bulletin of Botany (CBB) is a comprehensive journal of plant science printed in Chinese. In 2007, the overall format of the journal was modified and the related website was updated. Three special issues of high quality were organized and published by CBB in 2007. Statistical data from the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China indicate that the domestic IF and ranking of CBB increased, from 0.508 and 28 in 2005 to 0.759 and 14 in 2006, respectively.
