April 10th, eight-people Indonesian Delegation headed by Prof. Dr. Bambang Subiyanto，Acting Chairman of Indonesian Institute of Sciences, has visited IBCAS. The Deputy Director General of IBCAS (presiding) and staffs gave a reception to the delegation.
WANG Xiao-Quan gave a welcome speech and made a brief introduction of the institute at the beginning. Then, the delegation visited the State Key Lab of Systematic and Evolutionary Botany (LSEB), the Herbarium (PE) and Beijing Botanical Garden (BBG). HE Chaoying, the deputy director of LSEB, JIN Xiaohua, the deputy director of LSEB/PE and WANG Yingwei, the Executive Director of BBG made instructions during the tour, respectively.
After the visiting, all the participants of both sides attended a symposium on the topic of management of scientific research, PE and BBG. They also discussed the potential scientific cooperation of related fields.
The staffs from Bureau of International Cooperation, CAS accompanied the visiting.
