On Sep.12, a 32-member’s delegation fromeightdeveloping countries visited Institute of Botany (IB). They came to China to attend intellectual property training courses held by State Intellectual Property Office. Dr. ZHANG Lixin, Deputy Director of IB, met with them. Dr. SANG Tao and Dr. LENG Jing were present at the meeting.
Dr. ZHANG Lixin extended a warm welcome to the delegation, and gave a brief introduction on the history, people and researches of IB. Dr. SANG Tao, as the director of the Key Lab of Plant Resources, introduced the goal, the staff and technology transfer of the Lab. He also gave detailed explanation on the delegation members’ questions. After the meeting, the guests were showed around the Herbarium and the Botanic Garden of IB.
